Founded in 1973, FLACRA (Finger Lakes Area Counseling & Recovery Agency) is a private, not-for-profit agency serving individuals and their loved ones whose lives are affected by substance use, mental health disorders, and overall health & well-being. Our holistic approach incorporates providing physical and social healthcare services throughout our whole-person care model.

We have services available in Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Schuyler. Steuben, Wayne, & Yates counties.

Connections is a safe and welcoming space for individuals seeking recovery. This peer-led program offers multiple pathways to healing while helping people build community, develop life skills, and connect with supports. Connections also serves as a bridge to community resources and formal treatment when someone is ready.

Connections offers non-clinical health, wellness, skill-building, education, and art classes designed to support your recovery and encourage personal growth.

No referral is necessary. Services are free and available seven days a week.
